EC to Sign Civil Aviation Agreement with Turkey

The European Union states have authorized the European Commission to sign a civil aviation agreement with Turkey. The agreement will not replace the bilateral agreements that exist between the EU member states and Turkey, but adapts them to conform with EU law.
