S'pore Signs Open Skies Agreement with Estonia

Singapore and Estonia have signed an open skies agreement (OSA) that allows carriers to fly between Singapore and Estonia and beyond to third countries without restrictions on capacity, frequency or type of aircraft. The agreement provides for unlimited "hubbing" rights for cargo operations.
