China to Open Up More Airspace

According to the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), the country will open up its low altitude airspace by 2015. Trial operations in some provinces will be expanded to northeast and southcentral China this year. Opening additional airspace should help reduce delays for airlines, according to an industry spokesman.
